1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with our services within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you can request a full refund.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase. Weekly billing plans are not eligible for refunds. Renewals and upgrades are not eligible for the money-back guarantee. Your account must not have violated our Terms of Service.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at host@plex.gg with your account email and order details. We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider, typically 5-10 business days.
5. Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of your subscription. If you cancel mid-billing cycle, your service will remain active until the end of the paid period.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds: weekly billing subscriptions, addon purchases after the initial 7-day period, services terminated due to Terms of Service violations, and any promotional or discounted subscriptions unless specified.
7. Service Credits
In cases of extended downtime or service issues covered by our SLA, we may offer service credits instead of monetary refunds. These credits can be applied to future billing cycles.
